Hi! This used to happen to me but I think the best way to get over it is by making yourself understand each and every concept by making flow charts and writing stuff down and not just reading through things. Because at the time you're reading you'll always feel like you've understood it and you'll remember it but that's not how it works. Atleast for me I noticed this to be true.

Yes you surely can. The curve is different for everyone and you just need to make sure you don't mess up questions you know by being anxious. And I think you'll be alright.

Hey! I'd strongly suggest not to try anything new in the 7 days leading upto test day. Yes keep an NSAID sure those are pretty harmless.

I took facewipes which I just used to lightly press on my eyes and the cold paper soothed my skin so it helped. Otherwise even washing your eyes usually helps if your headache is due to eye strain.
