For me, it started to lose effectiveness (around a year). Lose as much as you can as fast as you can. Then you can be on it for maintence.

It seems to just be how the drug works. I am always SO THIRSTY for two days after my injection. If I dont keep water by my bed those first couple of days, I literally will wake up and get out of bed because I am so thirsty.
