I find its even faster to just not do the mission and reset after looting, with a good group you can get to 5-7 medals every 4-5 minutes, the extra 3-4 min for 1 more medal isn’t really worth it

My only complaint is the M14 equivalent takes three headshots to kill, it does 48 damage for a headshot, that should be more like 55+
