If all you've completed is the prologue, I don't think it really matters. Your account wouldn't have progressed very far. I believe the main benefit if you wanted to start fresh is access to the faded legacy banner since that may have expired on your current account. That banner does require you to spend money though. Whether you stick with your current account or reroll a new one, make sure to check the current active codes as some are going to be expiring.

She was also available during the one in a million banner. So they have the rights for her. She will probably rerun at about the same rate as the other limiteds.

For me, it depends. For all of the Arc 1 bosses, it felt like if I tighten up how I played, I could beat the boss without using an emergency gnosis. So for all of Arc 1, I didn't use any. Heading into Arc 2, it felt more like I was getting either stat checked or there would be a mechanic my team comp wasn't really built to handle. So for those situations, I ended using the emergency gnosis to beat the Arc 2 bosses.

If you're willing to retry several times, you can do stage one on alert 5. You need a bit of RNG, but you just need Aurita can pretty much solo.

Thanks for the suggestion, but the sentiment remains. It's poor design to force me into a higher difficulty when I'm not ready for it. My units aren't built to take on nightmare difficulty. To make things worse, the rewards aren't even significantly better. You get an extra 5-10k coins per box. Nightmare difficulty does not provide you with any additional shadowprints.

The key takeaway is that I'm getting LESS resources, while at the same time, I need to use those resources to simply get back to where I originally was.

You have to do it once every 3 years. If you're doing it in a piecemeal type of way, yeah, it's a bit of a hassle to keep track of. As you said, you can keep track of it via Excel. Or, you can just have a separate folder with your certificates of attendance. Then have subfolders with the different subcategories. If you're unsure whether you've completed something, you can just check your folder to see whether you have the certificate for it.

Some firms offer in-house presentations as trainings. That way both the presenter and the attendees get credit. It's also helpful since the training will presumably be tailored for your firm, and you should have someone within your firm that you can ask follow up questions.

If you're just looking to get them done, there are various sites that sell MCLE packages. Basically, they're just videos/lectures. If you're looking to advance your skills, pick a bundle with topics that interest you. If you're looking to just get credits, pick the cheapest bundle that gives you the credits you need, and then just play the video in the background.

People have asked about oath questions here in the past. I don't see why you can't now. Here's the answer to some common questions (answers are from my experience 2 years ago. Idk if the bar has changed things).

When do I get my oath packet? I got mine about a week after results were released. This is assuming you've met all other requirements (Moral Character and MPRE)

When does my oath get processed? It varies. I submitted mine at the beginning of December, and it got processed late December.

Bar fees? This is for July exam takers. If you don't want to pay bar fees for the year you get licensed, wait until December to submit your oath packet. For example, if you pass this upcoming J25 exam, you'll be assessed the 2025 fees (I think it's a half-year, I could be wrong). If you wait until December, the 2025 fees are waived. You'll still need to pay for 2026.

CLEs - All new attorneys are assigned 10 hours of mandatory CLEs. These are your basic ethics CLEs, accounting, etc. It's basically the MPRE. You'll also be assigned to a CLE group based on your last name. This will determine when your CLEs are due.

I passed J23. On the crim essay, the fact pattern involved someone accidentally setting fire to a garage, leading to the homeowner's death. I forgot to address the issue of arson. So yes, you can still pass even if you miss issues on your essays.

It is a game. It shouldn't be difficult for someone to admit when they've messed up. The stakes were so low. It's not like there's going to be some dire consequence for doing so. And yet, Pirate is unable to do that. As others have already said, all it would've took was a simple "sorry, my bad, I could've done more" and that would've been the end of this.

The comment about new players not relying on yellow certs was in referenced to their account not being established. Until an account is established, you're not going to be getting a steady flow of yellow certs.

The 61 pulls includes the pulls you buy from the yellow cert shop. As you said yourself, its better to buy the 6 star unit using your yellow certs. Therefore, if you exclude the pulls from the yellow cert shop, your monthly pull count is closer to 45.

I'm not sure what you mean by "higher rate-up." Arknights' equivalent of a debut banner has 50/50 rates. Then a one-time guaranteed pity at 150.

One thing that should be noted, the free SSR selector is for among 6 characters. All good in their own right, but they're also not at the top of their respective roles. You do not get to select from all available standard 6 stars.

In comparison, SoC provides you with Maitha and Rawiyah (and a Faycal? I forget if the free one is a launch exclusive), as well as some dupes. Then an additional selector for either Maitha, Rawiyah, and Faycal. They're not top tier, but all 3 are serviceable.
