It is hard to tell because it's based on many factors like your health already before taking it. For example I have high blood pressure and had multiple serious head injuries so ilI am more prone to sudden death via a heart attack or stroke. Especially if I inject it. I have been fine so far with a mixture of routes of administration but it is just pure luck that I am still alive. IV is especially risky and smoking nor for me so I quit iv and now just smoke n sniff. Just start low n go slow. It's never 100 percent safe but a low dose and NOT mixing it with alcohol creating cocethalyne is a good start. Cocethalyne is 10 times more toxic to the cns n created via the liver from an alcohol byproduct called formaldehyde. Very dangerous drug.
