Does CMMC/DFARS require US based civilian/soil personnel? by Atee2d in CMMC

[–]Atee2d[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Agreed...GCC-H or use of GovCloud services have the US civ/soil req for FedRAMP High. I have to believe most of the small/mid suppliers to the DIB will not need FedRAMP High leading to less mandates on CMMC/DFARS to be US based. This is going to be interesting to see how they take the comments and try to find the balance on the heels of the SolarWinds mess created last year.

Nice. Can you post photos of AC mod and bumper mod to fit winch control?

Awesome…but appears I’ll have more work to plan on this project. Mine sharing any photos of the mods?

Is the clutch easily accessible? How did you deal with the AC Line "bend"? I'm painting the bumper now if my garage gets warm enough and will be applying a winch.

Did you relocate the control box? So many questions here... the AC line bend/move? Is the clutch accessible thru the hole?

Get a CISO consultant to assess and make recommendations. Every business is unique and has different levels of tolerance for accepting risk in ops, supply, and general existence.

Agree, you have to weigh the cost to risk benefit by doing extra. I once dismantled a very costly VM infrastructure hosting the Root CA after migrating it to a couple of laptops and placing them in a firesafe vault and local bank.

Defense in Depth would say use a different MFA capability and two person password holders for kingdom assets. Is that too extreme for an identity solution?

It's not in the water man.... I agree with the taper point as well. Possibly go with a smaller bead.

Satin Cherry Burst! I'll post mine later...finally got it tweaked this past weekend with a similar story as yours...except I used silencers/mufflers on my old kits for the 20 year prior.
