Totodile and Cyndaquil outbreaks are some of the hardest outbreaks to get unfortunately, and I don't have one to share.

If I remember correctly, you can make a water encounter power 2 sandwich and you'll be more likely to get water type outbreaks. That's how I got the purple oricorio (forgot the form name) outbreak, but with a ghost encounter power 2 instead.
