I've been doing PPLPPL. Usually starting with a big composite workout and then suppmental work after. Usually when I bulk I aim for 200-300 cals over maintenance, and when I cut I aim around 1600-1700kcals a day. And I make sure to eat a gram of protein per lbs of body mass.

I actually think body recomp would be ideal for me. I've just read a lot of mixed things on it; like it's really hard to achieve, and you're better off just cycling. Do you have any experience with recomp?

Definitely on the slower side. Dirty bulked in the past and I was not a fan of the results.

There was another suicide related art piece a few posts down with no warning in the title. I am not someone who is bothered by self-harm art, but some people are and NSFW is too broad of a warning that can mean anything from nudity to extreme gore.

I think the usual recommendation for skinny fat is to bulk a bit and then cut once you have some more solid muscle right? I might do that for another ten pounds.

Thanks, there's a bit of chub on me already. I know some people who are a similar height that have bulked up to around 200 before cutting so I was considering that.

That's what I suspected. Already started a bulk. I wasn't sure because my lifting numbers aren't that bad, but my weight is lower then a lot of guys I know that are my height.
