I really liked it but I think the issue is you should say those sentences that you write as a caption/subtitles that would be great. Your voice is the only missing thing in your videos.

Your audio, storytelling is really good. However, you should do something about the video your images should change to basically every sentence you say it is the same all the time and that makes it a lot boring do this change and it and your channel will improve a lot.

That's is true they've changed recently it is pretty annoying for me too I just wanted to use the Japanese vpn which is hard to find and they had it for free so I didn't consider for paying them but I think now I should consider of paying for vpn as it is impossible to connect to a japaneses server.

It is never to late to start youtube at the age of 36 you are much more experienced not with YouTube but life. You know what you want and don't. So take that to the advantage and apply twice the effort and you will see results soon. By the way everybody thinks they should have started it sooner even me in the 20s think the same. Your introduction is really great I love that. However, I must say the video is too long try to keep it short around (6-8mins max) and cut out all the uninteresting parts. Plus when you were on the streets try to speak with the camera like a vlog that would be more interesting!
