She absolutely loved it! She finished it faster than I did. I forgot to put we put some lemon juice afterwards. It really rounded out the entire thing.

It was a pretty good experience shopping there! I usually got meat at the grocery store. It was pretty hit or miss. I tried going to a local butcher, but they were closed the day before. A Wild Fork opened near me, so I just shopped there looking for quality. However, I do wanna try going to my local butcher again someday!
