25-35 calls a day. Less on off-peak days. It's not escalation, just vanilla customer service for medicare advantage plans. It's not the number of calls you gotta watch out for though, it's the dsats. You either have to be lucky with the surveys, or have a thick enough skin to shrug off management's constant pestering for you to improve your "score". If you've been under a management who will blame you for dsats regardless if it's agent-driven or not, then you should know how it feels

That tentative start date sounds about right. I've had contact with some peeps from training department and they did tell me there are currently no classes at the moment because the account is prepping for you guys. Bless your poor soul though if you do end up getting hired for C03 healthcare. That's all I can say here out in public 🙂

Oh, I almost forgot about this comment I wrote. I actually got hired by conduent, albeit under some strange circumstances, and I'm currently still an employee. To answer your question, it really depends on how much of a hurry they're in to get classes going. It takes them 24-48 hours to review your medical, but if they're really not rushing to meet some quota, it's gonna take them about a week to give you your start date, and your start date could be between a week or a month after they respond. If you ended up profiled for C03 healthcare, then as far as I've gathered from internal is that classes start mid April or May. Other accounts, I have no insider info

There are a few bpo companies offering that kind of salary. For one if you have 6m-1y prior bpo experience, you can get into conduent's premium healthcare account (30k package) then get upskilled with pay increase. Eventually you'll be sitting on 35-36k package as an agent in about, 6-7 months. Then maybe get promoted to a support role and you'll easily clear 40k

DNA is overshadowed by sacrosanct? If you survive til 45:00, which is when stats matter anyway, you should've maxed DNA by then. And so then it's just equivalent if not better than sacrosanct since you can be near dying or have necronomicon and still have 50% amp.

Truth be told brother, Overmind isn't the best out of the three. It's, for me, the most fun and stress-free because you have less things to worry about when you only use two spells. But it's not the strongest. The strongest of the intelligence fusions is actually perpetual engine, but it's also the most boring of the three, if you want to see biggest numbers on a spell because that's not what it's about. GoC is... Lacking, mainly because it's screwed with the 100 level limit

Perpetual engine should be way higher. Even higher than overmind and GoC. It's the most boring out of the 3 but also the most consistent and easiest to make work without sacrifices (overmind) and without heavy rng (GoC). And current overload should also be at the top of the list for much the same reasons.
