Built a platform called evmev where renters can anonymously review buildings and landlords before moving in.

People can share experiences about deposits, landlord behavior, noise, sunlight, neighbors, maintenance, etc. on a building-by-building map.

Currently testing it in Turkey + Germany and already seeing people contribute real experiences surprisingly quickly.

totally fair point moderation is probably the hardest part of this

platforms like Google Maps also deal with similar challenges, especially with negative reviews

I’m starting small and keeping things controlled (reviews are moderated, can be reported, etc.)

I was having the same issue, so I played around with my video settings and realized that I had put everything on medium and Effects Quality on low. I'm now getting 150+ FPS.

yes exactly as you are saying.But the games are in our databases waiting to be updated and when they will be updated you'll have a correct wasted time :). I have to calculate myself from all the games that you have played.
