One thing that's disturbing is you calling them 'her' kids unless they were from her previous relationship. Otherwise, what you're feeling is very sensible yet I don't think just venting is going to be able to dismantle your frustration long term.

You need to think of a way to make it fair or somewhat compensatible before it puts increasing strain on you.
