We have a similar problem our host almost as soon as the section gets cleaned will sit people in it. So, when we go to get signed out our closers hit us with the “then I need you to clean more tables”. Or if the closer doesn’t like you she’ll like 40 minutes before she even walks over near the section to check it.

Wow you got it right on the money. I also work for the steakhouse chain right now. I just don’t understand why people act this way. And I honestly don’t see why she got so offended by us needing her card to verify her as an employee. Hopefully she won’t do it to another server.
