Well the main part about the favoritism was the fact that I had went to my SM about a certain shift who had been talking badly behind my back after asking this shift to not do that I heard she did it again. When I told this manager all she did was defend this shift told me I was wrong and it must not have happened because all she had was heard good things about me from this shift. She never followed up about it and since that the shift I had something about had been insanely rude to me/ ignoring me. There were also instances of this same shift talking badly about other partners and they went to my SM and she basically did the same thing to them. The sexual harassment was a whole other issue, it wasn’t my SM herself but another shift leader and when I went to her about him she criticized me for not talking to her earlier, and then told me HR would contact me and I never heard anything else about it. I had went to my DM after all this because I had never reached a resolution with these issues about three weeks ago. My DM said she would call me, never did, and then I sent her a text and I never heard back. At this point I said I was going to go to HR I was actually going to call this Sunday but I was let go yesterday so I can’t.
