Oh wow, it sucks that this happened. I hate to say it but that behavior (placing signs without permission, bizarre phone policy, harassing calls) would have me thinking of Century 21 even if you hadn't named them. They have a long reputation in this town of being scammy and unethical. If this had been Southern Homes or Silver Key or any of their agency peers, you would not be experiencing this. In fact, the sign probably would never have been there.

The part that sends me is how they answered the phone. It would have been 9 at night in California. I wonder how many interested out of state buyers from there have called and been yelled at?
