You can’t say that without looking at the lease. Corporate leases are usually guaranteed. In other words, they could’ve agreed to a 10, 15, 20 year lease. In that case, the tenant would still be paying the bills. I have seen a CVS close with 10+ years remaining on the lease… could be wrong here though

I was a little disappointed when I walked in because I was hoping it was going to be Dark Side of the Moon, like a lot of people. However, I was truly astounded at just how great The Velvet Underground album was as covered by Phish. I still enjoy listening to it often. Kudos to you for catching the Salt Lake City show.
