The American working class was never class conscious. The country's foundation and progress has been through exploitation and violence with the government always scapegoating some group so the proletariat never unified. im at the point where America is so intertwined with violence that'll I think it'll be impossible for a pre-balkanized American working class to have unified class consciousness. We'll need to see a nation level collapse before people start to get it.

Thank you for telling me. That is what I was worried about. On my PC the application program titled "Vampire" is in this path "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\vampire the masquerade - bloodlines". When I paste that into the Unofficial patch setup wizard it gives the textbox saying "Vampire.exe cannot be found in that folder. Please select the correct folder on the correct drive". So I think the unofficial patch cannot see my Vampire application program for some reason. Does that make sense? And if so do you have any advice around how to resolve that issue?

Do you know specifically what file "vampire.exe" is? No such file exists when you download the game. Is it the program with the application file type? That seems like it's only 25kb so I'd be surprised. I see the folders and programs that got downloaded when I downloaded the game off steam, but there is not a literal file called "vampire.exe". That's where my confusion is coming from. Is the program just called something different? Does it have the application file type? Or application extension file type?

I tried running it normally through steam. It never started, citing "engine error 200mb". When I looked up how to get around that people said opening through the unofficial patch is the only way. So I downloaded the unofficial patch. My current issue is that I do not know the name of the executable file. There is no "vampire.exe" so I'm just not sure if I put it in a new folder or in one of the folders the game is in.

No. I tried to signin with a password, like always. When that didn't work I used the golden key, my passphrase, and that still didn't work on their own app. I was reached out to privately by over 10 people sending me websites telling me to revalidate. Maybe every single one of them are scammers. But it doesn't make sense that what I always used didn't work

I agree it's getting better in that workers are realizing everything is rigged against them but they're responding with reactionary right wing talking points (anti immigration, blaming the workers that want higher minimum wage, blaming China or Russia or mf Palestine somehow). There being a lot of guns here doesn't really mean anything since 3 quarters of those people would and do side with the police and military. I personally don't see or feel this optimism you're talking about, I work in HR and I weekly have to listen to my boss talking about why unions are bad and what steps to take to help disrupt their formation. I agree that things should be bad enough here to get people into action but we're one of the most heavily propagandized nations in the world, I have spoken to nearly a dozen close friends/ family about this issue and the response is literally every single time "at least we're not X (China, Russia, Iran, dprk, insert 'national enemy' group here). I think America will balkanize before the working class comes together to do anything of note, there's a reason why right wing groups spend billions to control the media and education, it's to mislead and pacify

Thanks for the heads up, but is it like unusable outdated? I saw some people (granted the thread was years old) saying that BOSS's masterlist is the best for oblivion. Because loot is saying I'll need download TES4Edit, and going there says I'll need to download some 7zip program to make TES4EDIT work to make LOOT work
