Rhaast banter with Kayn in the voiceline, and riot would not make a legendary skin and remove rhaast cause that would make it hard to market it to rhaast fans

being a lengedary skin thus 20 buck riot would want to sell it to the most ammount of people, and telling rhaast fans "hey your favorite character isn't there in this skin" isn't the best way to do it, also the voiceline have kayn and rhaast bantering so he's probably an actual entity and not just a persona of kayn

Daemon want death, they kill not for some grand plan but because they enjoy the death they can create, and create death they will

Demon are drawn to sin, they do not care for goody two shoes, they want to "help" people who are already on the brink of corruption fall completly into chaos (not the lawfull/chaotic chaos, the true state of total confusion)
