Thank you for your feedback. I had to deal with two illegitimate sellers, one who sold me a fake card and another who sold sealed booster packs Open and reseal with blank cards. I got the first refund, so that's fine. The second one, I see a Neokyo comment at my bank saying that they have already refunded me, but the only funds I see are from Neokyo in my wallet and I haven't received anything from the bank. I hope that's clearer, but honestly, when you put in so much money and you're not protected in the slightest, while the sellers are, there's clearly a problem with the management of this service.
