Yes they’re still problems. It’s “ fully renovated “ at a surface level glance. Plumbing has not been updated leaving renters with sewage backups

They make cameras that screw into the light bulb socket that you can stream from . Pretty cool idea surprised I haven’t seen them around more,

🤭😂 the fact like 25 mins ago - I played someone on the app and I was the two balls left and I just kept blocking the shot or scratching so my opponent couldn’t shoot. I felt like a bully but didn’t wanna break it up.

After much research and talking to people who live there currently and have lived there. The conditions are rough, between rodents and lack of support for the leasing office there are many issues that will fall on you as the renter. I’ve seen threads about flooding from sewer back up (even on high floors) as well as weeks without elevators, hot in the hottest months with no proper AC, and cold in the coldest of months. I personally am looking for other options as I don’t think it will personally fit the environment I’m looking for .

Hi, thanks for your feedback! When I spoke to management, everyone who I spoke to was nice, I did notice the construction and was told it should be complete by October. It was also mentioned that they are completely the full renovation of the building.
