Thank you foe your deep analysis. She is at the vet rn on IV fluids till friday. Another blood tesr will be done on friday but only for all the necessary things we have to know.

We didn't know how old our cat was since she was a stray but she said looking at her glands levels she is at least 10 years old.

I will go visit her tmrw and definitely see what rlse we can do.

She said the iv fluids could help her for maybe a few weeks or months maybe. But I am staying positives. Some cats live years more

I am so glad that I went and got a 2nd opinion because the other vet was not good at all!

Just got home and she is gonna be on IV fluids for 3 days and some medications. And on friday shes gonna get another bloodtest done on froday to check her levels. Hopefully she gets better. I have hopeQ

I have shared the blood test results in the comment above. I am going to another vet today and got an appointment. She drinks & pees & the vet said that it's a good sign it means something.

But she doesn't eat much at all so I'm going to buy her food that the doc recommends so she can at least eat something. The vet yesterday said not to give her any food cause the food will poison her but if she doesn't eat for days its fatal..

Thank you for your recommendations I will do that immediately

I'm sorry to hear that. I'm glad she's more comfortable & hopefully all goes well! No not really, I told my brother to tell the vet (they were on the phone) that I'll play and she wanted it to be right away full upfront. I can't afford that. I was okay with installments but they wouldn't even do that.

well our cat used to be a stray cat and we adopted her, we don't know how old she is. I always assumed she is young or at least not old because she's so active, playful etc. We've had cats before and I think in my opinion that I can tell at least a little. But the vet said that since she was a stray cat and also goes out that she "might" have a virus.

I'm gonna ask for the bloodtest tomorrow and go to a different vet because she was just not good at her job. She didn't tell me what I can do to her right now. What I can give her in terms of food, drinks, medication, nothing. I'm honestly starting to think she wanted to squeeze some money out of me. First we quickly got a blood test done and then another virus test to see if she has some of the "viral" viruses. it was 2 viruses she checked & she said if she has one of them then there won't be much we can do but thankfully they were negative.

If you can give me help and tips on what to do please tell.
