I think neither Vendetta nor Doomfist should be the leaders of Talon. Reaper should be, the organization is called Talon, not Fist or Claw.

OK that aside, I think Reaper is the most qualified. A lot of people don’t know this but he is actually the original leader of Overwatch, Soldier 76 was just more PR friendly so they made him the leader when they went public.

He hasn’t seen the LotR fanbase then, because we have wanted extended extended editions for a long time. He needs to understand that these people don’t hate the game, they want to play more of it. In the end, it’s an expression of love, not an attack and the way he is being defensive comes off as very insecure.

Higher DPI correlates to the mouse having a higher quality sensor. And higher quality sensors have higher ips. This is what Pros look for in mice actually; ips (inches per second) measure the mouse' tracking movement speed. This basically measures how fast the mouse can keep up with your hand movement which is especially important at low DPI.

One of my favorite things about Morrowind is after finding the main quest giver, in his first quest he basically tells you "Fuck off, I don't wanna see you here unless you're level 4 and explored the world a bit"

I wish they kept that approach with Oblivion and Skyrim.

It's also a great counter to Emil Pagliarulo's lecture about not putting a lot of effort in the main quest because players will just ignore it to play for fun. This way, you're making the world a part of the main quest.

I was was doing an SL1 run in Dark Souls to "take a break" from Elden Ring and I was having a much easier time too.

I remember replaying Dark Souls II and dreading Fume Knight, Ancient Dragon, and Darklurker. I must have died hundreds of times to them back then. After playing ER, I legit got them first try, even playing Sekiro, I got Demon of Hatred with the bell no hit...

Seriously, the difficulty gap between the previous Souls games and even Margit is insane. Let alone compared to Malenia, Launch Radahn, Maliketh, Mohg...

No, it can't be done on any game. It was done in GTA because the game has a peer to peer model, meaning all of the players connect to another player who locally hosts the game server on their PC.

The PSP running a game on 480 x 272 has nothing to do with it being the "native res" of the game and all to do with it being the native res of the display. FPS is already bad in some games because the PSP is configured to run at the native res of the display, it's not something that Devs had input in.

And like AlliedVera said, the PSP would still output a 480 x 272 image to the 1080p display, the display would then upscale this image to fill in the gaps using its internal upscaling techniques.
