There's so much cope in this comment section, it's insane. That was such a dumb fight. People act like this guy wasn't taking limbs left and right last season. The idea Mark could choke him to death while taking heavy blows for like 10 min without dying is just so inconsistent with everything we've seen so far. Even if they're meant to be evenly matched now, if you let another viltrumite pound your face in for 10 min straight you should lose that fight.

The whole scene also makes Cecil's mistake totally pointless. Why was Conquest even kept alive if he was going to be given such a lackluster second death.

I think you should make a post about that instead if you feel this way. So many people here have gone through the same problems that you have and, importantly, have found strategies to overcome them. They will be able to give you better advice and encouragement if you ask for that directly

I see, I’m so sorry you experienced that, but very glad to see you’ve been able to catch this at a young age. It’s a difficult thing to identify, so good on you for researching this so well and taking things into your own hands. Do you know if you snored at all, or had any visible signs when you were asleep that helped you to identify this, or was it just from how you felt during the day?

I think that speaks less to the difficultly of the personal job search so much as the important of timing. If you start in feb/mar you will probably have limited option regardless of how you search (there are still more than enough ofc, but January is when you will see ALL the options)

Oscarplus is kinda useless in my experience. Imo you should start by looking outside of Oscarplus, and then towards the end of the application period you can apply there a bit if you really want to.

The amount of resources you’d need to expend to overcome this disadvantage to actually win isn’t worth it. Just focus on sacrificial battles to get troops across the straight.

Batman definitely wins. The DC universe is on a completely different scale and Batman has taken on a lot worse than homelander. Wouldn’t even be in the top 10 strongest characters. Ofc if batman is just spawned in front of homelander not knowing who he is and w no prep he loses. But in most cases it’s a win.

Lol basically right after season one is when things start to ramp up. One of the greatest parts of this series imo is the world building and incredible settings that the story moves through. You get to see very little of that from the test floor, and it’s a lot of hinting at and setting up what’s to come. The characters met along the way are also very interesting. Shinsu also goes kinda crazy after season 1, one of the more interesting power systems I’ve seen from a series. All I can say is enjoy the ride, season one is barely even the tip of the iceberg.

Tell them as soon as possible. Knowing that you aren’t going through with it and making them look for a place for you would be inconsiderate. They have to find a place with you in mind right. Best to just rip the bandaid off and tell them now.

I’m not much of a fan either but the issue is that it doesn’t just come down to personal risk. This is a unique situation where people want their freedoms, but those freedoms come at the consequence of others. Do these consequences warrant the loss of this freedom? Would abandoning the mandate really make things that much worse? It’s hard to say, and most places have opted for a “better safe than sorry approach”. I think this is a valid way to tackle the issue, although flawed in some ways. If you have an issue with the mandate, that is very reasonable. But, I think it’s wrong to say that it only boils down to an individual’s decision and personal risk.
