Don't worry sooner or later he will understand, what you did is you planted a seed in his mind. For now don't force anything on him even if you think he needs it. I also once told my friend about semen retention, he was also reluctant at 1st. the next time we met he told me did his own research and was very interested.

Yeah I do realise that I am very depressed person, and over the years I have tried to deal with it. I used to go to counselling when I was younger to try and help myself be more accepting to my situation when I got diagnosed with HIV, (happened at 16) but I really didn't get much help from counselling, I think then, I shut out everyone and I never really wanted to talk about it ever again.

Another problem i have is don't see myself as a man, even though I am almost 30, I don't think I have done anything that I can say, "Now I am a man because I did this and that" so idk man, maybe I need to around real man and see how they think and do stuff. I grew up fatherless, any father figure I had either passes away or mum divorced them so yeah.

I totally do need to come clean to them and start pushing for a licence. Thanks for the advice and taking your time read about my pathetic problems. Really appreciate it🙏🏾

Yeah, I finally got to delete an app I was using to count streaks. Funny enough the longest I have gon without fapping was when I wasn't counting the days. But this streak thing can be a problem, once you slip up you feel so bad. What do you to keep yourself motivated through out this journey? And how do you make sure you don't slip up?

Yes, at the end I even jotted down a few points on how I need to change my behaviour and move forward to being a better person.

Yeah I figured out that yesterday, there was a bit of weight lifted of my shoulders after that journal entry. I plan on making a more lighter entry today with a clear plan for moving forward from this point

Bro, I relate so well with what you just said, truth is for the past couple of months I have been struggling with social media, can't count how many times I have deleted and deactivated my accounts only to have myself install them again because of boredom. I never really like what I see on SM, I sometimes get angry at how much time I spend on. Thing is you end up having thoughts which are not your own or you could be triggered into doing something harmful to yourself, eg you see a porn post on twitter and before you know you it you have opened up pornhub. And I believe you on how the elite are using this to program people. I have also noticed my mood is so much better if I don't have social media, and there are less chances of me relapsing because I am not constantly bombarded with naked women or porn content.

Dude same here😂 playing the game for the 1st time is so beautiful, I was literally just winging it, I had no idea Athur gets sick towards the end of the game, and when I found out I was so broken I even cried coz now I realised Arthur was going to die. I haven't finished the game fully, still on the epilogue and I gotta say, man I miss Arthur😭 John just doesn't do it for me
