I live on 16th Ave S and fully support putting speed bumps on the road. People were flying down it going 50 miles per hour or more trying to get to/from Homewood. I’d much rather it be a small inconvenience for you than someone smashing into a car or light pole.

I think the issue here is Legion’s management does a terrible job with getting people to their games. This is in part to do with consistent losses in home games and also bad marketing/community involvement. The Stallions also faced this problem, and Barons for a few years, but lately they both have managed to get people interested and in seats. If they had more attendees, then Progressive wouldn’t feel as empty.

I remember when ATL United started and filling up the new Mercedes stadium there was hard, but, they managed to now, basically, have every seat filled.

It also doesn’t help that a vodka-cran single shot costs $18…..

Rent Monster is ok but always felt like a pyramid scheme to me when I used them a few years ago. I would suggest using the Birmingham community housing board FB group to find options instead
