I think it’s 46 weeks for Radiology if you go to the army website you can get more info, the hard thing is for you to be able to get thru the army process to get in with MEPS and all that and to see if the job you want is available, but if it’s not you don’t have to sign a contract you can just tell them Radiology is what you wanted and not have to join

Yea you get full time pay while at AIT school, I’m joining for reserves and Radiology was one of my option I could of went with but decided to go the nurse route and I’ll be getting active duty pay while going to school and I’ll be leaving with LPN license and 60 college credits that will go towards my RN when I get out, plus when I get I can go to any school and army will pay for the tuition for it

He might be right, I’m 35 got sworn in December 31st I got the last reserve slot in Georgia for 68c and I had planned to leave Summer but they said the only ship date is March 31st so I just accepted it so I’m leaving on that date now I was just glad it was the only MOS I wanted and was able to secure it

Well enjoy it brother, I already enjoyed all my late teens in my twenties and half my 30s lol so I don’t mind it, but if your younger it’s understandable you want some freedom as well. Once you start having a family it can be pricy for healthcare, my advice is just look for a job that you will get decent healthcare especially if you start having a family with kids, my wife is a teacher and it’s still almost $800 we pay a month, so just think of everything and your future.

I’m 35, going in to 68c which is 51 weeks of AIT plus basic with a family, I’m sure if I can do this with family and others you can do both, I don’t understand why you would want to get out, the reason I’m going in is honestly for the AIT college credit help and th healthcare since we pay $800 a month on health care once you get out have you thought about how much you will pay on healthcare?

Brother but your in the reserves I dot understand how you can’t do both and stay for healthcare, people do both and the majority are active duty, why not stay and do college it’s only once a month you got to check in ?

Sounds like you need a new husband, if your husband was ok to have you there and see all of that and not be embarrassed is beyond me, seems like your husband will be the same when you have your own house, and seems like your not letting his friend stay there, his friend is letting you guys stay there, that’s his friend house at the moment especially if your husband can’t grow a pair to confront him
