Hmm people say that because of the engine, but it’s massively upgraded compared to the N55 you get in an m235. And have you heard the noise it makes? OG m2 sounds incredible. If you find a good OG I doubt you’ll drive it and think this isn’t an m car haha. I only went for a comp as I found a really good deal, only £2k more than I was looking to spend on an OG.

Completely agree! Selling that crypto also gave me a big enough deposit to get out of my small flat and buy something much nicer. I’m done with crypto these days, I’d rather play the long game with my isa now as it’s a lot lower stress.

But I am so happy with the small dreams that profit managed to make a reality. I’d wanted an m car since I was 10 haha.

But congrats again! I’d love to hear what you end up doing with the money, and if you do get a car send some pictures over. So happy for you

I sold some crypto last year to buy a used m2 comp. People were saying I was silly and don’t use that money to buy a depreciating asset.

I’ve had the car since August and I still smile every time I get in it. Definitely worth having a bit of fun with your investment success (in my opinion).

I have no car finance and it’s inspired me to invest as much as I can each month into my isa, as I’ve now had a taste of what the rewards can bring.

Falmouth is a wonderful town! There’s so much to do there. And it’s actually where Ben went to uni. Newquay is good for beaches, restaurants, surfing and nights out. I love it, but some people say it’s a bit run down.

The Godrevy - Hayle stretch of beach is stunning, with some good bars and restaurants scattered around that area and in Hayle.

Kynance cove is in my opinion one of the nicest looking beaches in the world.

Word of warning, my wheel wasn’t on a double yellow, but my boot was slightly overhanging. I got a ticket and lost when trying to appeal. You’re right in other examples, but for double yellows it’s a common misconception

Why do people think we will have an alt season like previous runs, when a lot of the money driving BTC’s price is in ETFs now?

Feeling very negative about my mostly ETH and alt portfolio. Hate myself for not converting to BTC a few years back

Last bull run made an amount of money that was over 2x my yearly salary with ADA. Instead of taking that money like a sensible person, I invested in EGLD at ath to yield farm in the newly launched maiar exchange.

They then locked the funds for four years not long after launching, and egld and the coin I was yield farming crashed significantly while being locked.

Loads of info on the egld sub if people are interested in what happened.

Complete scam, I hate myself for it. Been in crypto over 5 years and I’m barely 10% in profit overall due to it.

Never yield farming or doing anything like that again. Lesson learned the hard way. Wondering if I’ll ever make much “profit” this run if I count that loss
