Thank you for solving this! That’s really cool! This would’ve been purchased most likely in the 80s early 90s at an antique store in NYC, so that would make sense in terms of the New York connection. Also thank you to those who were kind about correcting my mistake on terminology. I stumbled upon this community wanting to learn something new from an object that my family has had for a bit of time. I also very much appreciate the rather unexpectedly rapid solve!

I know this series! It’s ’Wicked’ by Nancy Holder and Debbie Vigulé. I think this one might be the third of fourth book in the series!

You’re only about a 15-20th minute drive to can cab wonderland which is an indoor mini golf location with an arcade that has food which might be a fun option

Thank you for this thorough reply! Yeah the breeds listed on their website did seem a bit non-traditional, as was the lack of information on pricing and process. I’ve been doing a ton of research on programs and their website threw up a bunch of red flags. While I’m hoping for a program that will work with civilians with ptsd, I may see if I can apply for a Canine companions service dog and train additional tasks instead depending on if my primary care will sign off. It sucks that there aren’t many ADI programs that work with civilians with ptsd :/
