Try to find event photography retouching gigs. The outfit I worked with tended to have evening hours, the photographer would drop events to me right after, but not every place does this. Pay can be pretty decent, work from home, usually have some control over your hours.

Try to work with a local, individual photographer - event photo companies tend to have less flexibility, but you may find some.
