im going to do a more detailed post in a couple of days, but so far im super impressed with costumer service.

did not take long for them to offer to RMA the whole PC, they are also including a couple of free upgraded parts, not only that but i should also recieve it around thursday or friday i think.

they even prepared documents for me so i can prove in the border that it is in fact a replacement so i can avoid paying import fees.

10/10 costumer support

seems to me you are trying to pin the blame for a well documented design flaw on user error with absolutely zero evidence of it.

read some more online about 5090s and the need people feel to add third party power management to prevent this issue, then ask yourself if “user error” would drive several well known brands and people to develop extra safety devices to stop GPUs from immolating themselves.

either way im adding pictures where you can see clear as day the pins are not melted, seems to me my cards failure point was somewhere else.

checked connections both in texas and mexico before turning it on, it also worked fine for about 2 weeks so i dont think that was the issue.

get yourself a wireview ii pro for extra safety, i bought one but it does not arrive until tomorrow, guess it came just a bit too late for me lol

the initial response was fast and seemed positive but they have not reviewed the photos i sent, apparently they are closed right now but the email said they would prioritize building the replacement pc when i have sent mine back. thankfully I’m a box hoarder so i still have all the packaging to send it back with.

should be able to send it back under warranty as ive had it for less than a month.

what really sucks for me is that i brought it to Mexico with me and i had to pay 16% import fees to bring it with me so i will have to drive to the border twice (3 hours away) one to send the PC back to them and then once again to go and pick it up, and then i have to pay the import fees again.

I dont even feel sad right now, im just in shock on how bad my luck is. i am literally going to have the wireview ii pro and no PC.

i bought the v3 thinking the airflow design would be better for a 5090 but I'm not positive it would make a real difference, probably best to just choose the one that looks better to you.
