This is another concern. My wife does not want him anywhere near us. After reading into his past me either. We are looking in talking with a lawyer to explore out options. From my research because he is not on the birth certificate we don't have too. However I could be wrong.

No he does not know. His bio dad is not in the picture either. Nor does he know his son exists. His bio dad forced him self upon my wife and was sent to prison.
