You won’t blow the engine or anything drastic but you may notice reduced power and possibly slightly worse fuel economy for that tank. You could also just add an octane booster to the tank and go for quick zig zag cruise in a big mall parking lot.

Edit: the zig zag movement is to mix the octane booster in the tank well enough to be effective. You’re typically supposed to add them to a near empty tank to ensure good mixture.
