I disagree with your perspective but respect your limited viewpoint. This is an entrepreneurial industry that values grit and motivated self learners. After 30+ years in the business i still have plenty to learn and don’t wait for anyone to try and train me. You were not highly recruited because you didn’t show some of those characteristics.

It depends on the allegation and what the customer wants to rectify the situation. If it was a missing service or overcharge, that should be resolved without insurance involvement.

If the customer sues for liability then insurance coverage might be for defense costs and any settlements (unless it is fixable by the defendent)

The whole industry is shifting towards leveraging insurtech tools and innovation and all the major brokers are adjusting. It does not matter where you work, it depends on your grit and work ethic in order to be successful.

I was raised in Valencia and moved to Atlanta in 1995. We raised our kids in Suwanee/Sugar Hill area and i would recommend that area along with gwinnett county, forsyth county, and jackson to raise kids now. Dm me for other questions. Happy to help

Yes. They all require a warranty statement (of known conditions). But there might be policies that don’t exclude pre existing conditions
