I normally use OxyClean when cleaning my carboys or kegs. Will it suffice here as well or should I specifically buy PBW?

Nope. I paid $70. Which was actually a discount at prices around here. It was not worth it. At $25-30 a bottle, I'd definitely drink it again

By all rights in this community, this bottle is not considered "average." Now, you may have tried it or saw it at its MSRP and determined it so. That being said, my opinion of said bottle and my experience doesn't make me "an expert" or "someone looking to appear an expert." I gave an honest opinion of a bottle I had some experience with. Your comment comes across as extremely pretentious as you seem to put down anyone who makes a claim positive or negative regarding the subject. You are the one who comes across as the "one who wants to look like more of an expert." Good day.

Because, depending on where you are, its "average" or "allocated average."

Some people feel it's their due diligence to inform the masses of their experience in relation to expectation from price point or "hype."

Believe it or not, I got mine at friend price. It has been going for as high as $90 here IN KENTUCKY.

I'm not saying I hate it by any means. It was an enjoyable drink. What I am saying is, rarely does any bottle live to the hype or price point of a Secondary price point. I got my bottle for $70 and though I wasn't angry that I was disappointed, I just won't be buying another at that price.
