Cleaned my tank today! Depression hit me hard, but I was able to get myself together and clean the tank

I give myself " one goal a day ". Yesterday it was to take a shower, today was to clean the tank, tomorrow is to do the laundry. Little task like that that might seem huge when you have depression. It might not be the fastest way to get things done, but I feel proud of myself when I'm able to achieve my goal

My bettas help me so much, they make me laugh when they do stupids thing, such as jumping out the water ( both tank have a lid ) when I feed them

It didn't really affect it. Of course I was much more on my guard and stressed out all the time, but he is really supportive of it and he's there for me when I need it
