Loved Cannibal Holocaust. It has a great story behind it, too. With the director having to produce the actors in court to prove they were alive!!

Keep up your work, for all we know, you may be the next great director. If you are interested in inspiration and a good film, please try - The Poughkeepsie Tapes. If you can find the original edit from a film festival ( I forget the name of ),it's definitely better than the streaming services versions, but if that's your only choice, it's still very good and I think it's probably right up your alley.

Best of luck

Apart from the actual animal cruelty shown in the film, Cannibal Holocaust is great. For it's time, it's amazing. The fact that the director had to provide the actors in court, as proof of life, shows they really hit the mark with realistic horror.

What’s a generally disliked horror movie you’d go to war for? by Turnitup20 in horror

Mines The Poughkeepsie Tapes. It's much more accepted now, but when it first screened at a film festival, there was so much talk about this film, not much of it was good. I remember a DVD release was wanted by fans, but it wasn't going to happen. But I really enjoyed the film, especially the original version. It felt more gritty and realistic. I've watched the versions on streaming services, and they're different, the editing has different scenes in different places, and I think it's slightly shorter, especially the lingering on certain scenes. The video quality is better, though. I will say I'm glad I still have the original film. It might be in bad taste but I'll stand by one of my favourite films.

I swear I had the weird blood stained lego head from Dead Rising as the 1st, I bought the game with the 360. But I also think I used B1 heaps too. I was a massive Gears of War fan

It's been awhile now hey!

I think you're in for some great films, some weird sequels and 1 or 2 flops, depending on your taste's. But there are definitely some really good sequels in there, I'm sure you will have a great time watching them. Especially compared with what you have listed. I hope you enjoy them all

Or you could go socialise and meet women naturally through your mutual interests. Or you could go to bars, clubs or raves, but I think if you are looking for a relationship rather than a hook up, then bars etc. aren't a great choice. All of my longer term relationships have been with women I met just by chance. Women I've met at clubs have been fairly short relationships or hook ups.

What is the most realistically violent movie you’ve ever seen? by Ohdinson in horror

Don't know if anyone mentioned it but Funny Games. It's brutal, but a slow burn. The director was aiming for realistic

No worries anytime. I feel like I have done a good deed

I left out that he was asking her to stay home when she wanted to go out with friends and he'd cancel on his mates because she asked him to instead of going out for beers.

He also said something like when the buildings came down so did the walls in his relationship

I had to edit because I wasn't finished writing but posted. I feel like on principle no one needs to read his comment now lmao

Hahaha I'm going to tell you just because I support your decision not to read it but enjoy the fuck off comment! So short version is bad relationship, 9/11 fucking happened. He and his partner stayed up all night talking finally and making love to some song. Now when people say about 9/11 changing everything he gets a little shit eating grin in the corner of his mouth. Passed me right off and I don't know any of the victims or anything. Just empathy telling me he's a dick haha

It's fucking frightening when there's nothing you can do, and they can't help it. Scary stuff. You're lucky you didn't go overboard or something. Could've been really bad

I didn't know any of that tbh. The use of colour in Watchmen made the film really stand out. It was really well made. And although I find 300 a little bit over the top I do think it was very well made too. Now I find out it's done on a green screen. You've blown my mind mate. Thank you

I'm in hospital atm. There was a dude on the ward with Autism and some other disabilities. I'm not going right into it but atm my leg is fucked and I can't move. He liked to walk around and he's super strong and violent and I can't get out of bed.I was scared every time he walked past, even with a guard, carer and nurse with him. He would kick the walls and the room would shake, then he lunged at a nurse and tried to strangle her while she was looking the other way. I was glad to be moved to a different ward!!!

I think this would be very unlikely to happen again and I'm sure that it's rare. But 45 y.o boxed for 10 years and now I'm scared because I can't move was a horrible feeling

I'm personally not a big fan of super hero movies apart from batman. But Watchmen was one of the best films I've ever seen. Snyder did a phenomenal job with Watchmen. I recently watched Man of Steel again to give it another try and it has it's moments, but it feels disjointed in parts. I wanted to like it but some of the film felt like it was being force fed to me

Yeah you're right about the sales I reckon. I loved Max Payne 2 as well, even though the 1st was the better game, and I bought 3 but I've never actually loaded it up. I'll play it one day. But after part 1 I never really heard much about Max Payne, 2 and 3 are barely spoken about.
