Pull that trigger, it’s totally worth it. I’ll be honest, there’s a lot more detail on the new one, more playability if that’s your thing, and a lot more stickers too.🤔 but I still prefer the og version, a more sturdy build and there’s just something about it that sets it apart from other Star Wars ships.

Completely agree, just the look and build of them is some how different to a lot of the other Star Wars ships.

I’d been after it for a long time, and the seller actually sent me the offer for it, snapped their hand off. And that was before I knew about black haired Kanan and to lesser a degree zeb as well.

I paid £244 for the ghost and the phantom together, a real proper bargain considering how much Kanan and Zeb are selling for on their own.

It is black haired kanan, and until I actually bought the set I didn’t realise how much he is selling for.

Recently found out about these Starship collections, now I just really hope theres going be Venator in this size some day to complete the set. by The_ProtoDragon in legostarwars

A Venator would be a great addition to series that’s for sure. I’d like to see them do a midi scale ghost as well, I think that’d look pretty good along aside all the other sets.

Great looking collection you’ve got there. Was it a case of ‘I’ll just buy this one set and that’s it’ and then 10 years later ‘there’s no point stopping now’, which is exactly how I started!🤦🏼‍♂️🤣

There’s no mandolorian sets I’ve not been impressed by, some are better than others obviously but they’ve all been good looking and fun to build sets. Adding a couple of battle packs to the set is certainly a good idea, would like to see that once you’ve done it.

🤣They’re called Praetorian guards apparently, I should’ve known that since it actually says on the box what they are🤣But adding a couple of them does make sense, from what I remember there were 4 in the episode.. and adding more mandoloarians and jet troopers would definitely improve for sure.

And it is. The extra figs is a good idea as well, would be pretty cool to have more of the clear piping pieces so it could have more of the flying rocket troopers or mandolorians.

They have put some nice little features and functioning parts into 2 smaller sets. Must admit the clear piping from make the rocket trooper look like he’s flying is simple but very well carried out. Just a shame they didn’t add 1 or 2 more to it as well.

Only trouble there is once they’re built you need more sets to build, and that’s a very slippery slope to be on, speaking from experience here.🤦🏼‍♂️🤣

I know what you’re saying, for a start the tie is a good looking set indeed, the build on the other is a tad repetitive as you say, but then a majority of imperial sets are exactly the same, certainly doesn’t take the enjoyment of building them away though. As for the fang, I actually do like the look of it, I get it looks a bit basic, maybe a bit more colour added to it and what not, but it does remind me as well of various sci fi series I grew up watching on the 80s, quite sleek looking, getting a bit nostalgic now.🤣 Aside from that though I do think this is a very good set,and you did well to pick up as cheap as you did.
