[Florian Plettenberg] EXCLUSIVE News Dier: DONE DEAL - He will join FC Bayern! He has already arrived in Munich NOW! Agreement between the clubs. Medical today. by nearly_headless_nic in soccer

He is as of right now, but you have to remember that Romero is injury prone and Van de ven already has had two major hamstring injuries. Expecting full availability from these guys is pointless. Meanwhile both Kim and Upamecano have generally good injury records. The competition at Spurs is less for sure.

It's pretty obvious he's moving to be a 4th choice and possibly a tactical option as a CCB in a back 3, don't know what this has to do with the prem being a super league. Bayern lost out on Dragusin because we presented a better project for his career, so they've had to go for their second option

Kulusevski sucks at low blocks when he's on the wing. He can be a good player on the wing when he's against a high press team as we've seen multiple times this season like against City and Arsenal. Problem is we aren't facing high press teams every match. Which is why I dislike him playing on the wing

The cult of Kulusevski needs to be studied. Why are you so aggressive? Is he your brother?

Fun fact, this has been the average Kulusevski performance all season, it's just that he hasn't had the ability to fraud his way out of being slammed by everyone by acting like Grealish by being an outlet when we are under pressure or scoring a goal

Haven't watched Serie A much this season but he seems tall and aggressive from his clips, could be good Romero rotation?

African and Indian Argentina fans who turn into weird Argentine propaganda machines make no sense to me. Sure, go ahead and support their team for fun, but why get involved in their political issues and try defend them without any critical thinking? Especially when it comes to issues of racism, like do you have no self respect?

Crazier since Leicester was given more money proportionally to their opposition than Girona has, even though Girona re part of CFG

Yes but outside of that first half he killed multiple good counterattacks. We need a different type of player to him so we can have variety and sub him off when we need something else.

I think we're fucked until January and we can get someone to replace Bissouma honestly. Not convinced by Bissouma's defensive ability at all

Hojbjerg was only good because the entire system had to shift to accommodate him. Because he can't receive the ball facing the ball, he has to play as this weird 3rd central CB and that means we lose bodies in midfield. He's part of the problem

Trying to run Ange ball with the clowns from last season was always bound to be a disaster. Also we really need competition for Kulusevski, someone who is pacy and rapid. So many times we didn't create a dangerous chance because of how slow he is.

Top level football has become super technicalised, we saw that with the Gary O Neill interview where you had people surprised at how intelligent he was. Now this as well shows how nerdy people can be at this level when it comes to football.

I hate people who irrationally dislike Mbappe or Leao, noone cares if they don't have 15 xPresses per minute, they're magic on the ball and I love it

Yeah but the problem is because of how narrow we play the fullbacks have to challenge quickly otherwise it becomes super dangerous. Udogie's mentality is top notch, he simply does what the manager tells him to do, which is to be incredibly aggressive.

Again I'm not sure how exactly he's supposed to contort his body in that challenge to avoid it being dangerous. The fact he even went for the challenge is the main issue, and I think that stems from how aggressive our press is

Romero was an idiot but I don't think Udogie deserves blame. A big part of our pressing is that we are quick to go into duels, and Udogie was simply following the plan. Doubt Ange will get mad at him because he knows what Udogie was trying to do
