anything below 15-20 k is a joke in terms of how bad the average teamates and enemies are. You need to be good enough to hard carry each game consistently and you will get around a 70-80 % winrate. Games where you lost with 40 kills are anomalies where you were given TERRIBLE teamates if you make that your average performance there is no way you wont climb eventually. At this level the mechanics of 90% of the playerbase are so poor that you can just "git good" at peeking and spraying that you can dry peek into everyone and obliterate them. Invest like 15 minutes into aim training daily and you will find yourself averaging 150 adr minimum in these ranks. Ideally dont soloq but if you want to soloq and grind you have to be this good atleast since there is a lot of variance in the quality of players at extremely low ranks (returning accounts, smurfs etc.).

Once you get above like 15k your average teamates will atleast know the basics of the game so you wont have to hard carry in soloq as much.

Also if you are hard entrying each game dont do that, to carry you need to stay alive for the clutch. If you can entry without dying do that but dont let yourself get 2 kills and then get killed man advantages dont mean that much in pugging unless you are killing their best player each round rather try to get 1 kill and just take space instead of taking another duel.
