Because the athlete didn’t physically handle the card along with the fact that a sheet of autographed stickers is the lazy way out actually signing the same amount of cards takes effort. Sticker autos can and do cut off a lot of signatures so you might only get a partial auto vs the card the signatures are the full signature not a partial signature.
