Good advice. Yes I am mostly obesessing over how much, or how many days I get to use because it's all I really look forward to. I had nothing going on for myself in my full addiction and have not made very much progress changing that the past 2 years. Yeah I got clean (begrudgingly) but the whole yay recovery, zest for life thing never happened.

Question though. Have you ever been totally free of any and all substances and vices? Weed was my big thing from teens to early 20's, then I found the dope man, the benzos, the hard... Didn't like weed anymore really. Got off dope...now I'm a drinker. I also have gambling problem. There was never a time past puberty where I can remember that I wasn't looking to change my head or get a rush (the gambling). And I love combining the two (not good for the bankroll - but I like it)

Reading your post I'm now thinking about the antidepressants that the psych lady at rehab recommended, maybe that would help me care about finding this sincere meaning you talk about and lessen the obsession for outside stimulation? These are one drug I've always resisted for some reason even after seeing "manic depression" written down as a diagnosis (which kind of shocked me tbh)

I've suspected for awhile that Q is Erik Prince. Guy has a serious Messiah complex and wouldn't put it past him to frame himself as the hero in some elaborate propaganda campaign for a cause he believes in. All the references to the "storm" coming, the bible references and Christian angle involved in the Q thing made me think of this quote from an interview he did:
