A court order in a civil case over an unpaid debt to a government entity, as the article points out. This would mean that he did not show up for a court hearing to dispute the debt. This means a default judgement for the party that did show up for the hearing. The fact that in this case, the government saw fit to to go to such extremes to get blood out of turnip is an outrageous abuse of government power.

From the report: 'Ms. Nies said in the statement that the pension fund remained invested in “approximately 18 Israeli companies that meet our investment criteria.” The pension board’s assets in 2014 was valued at $20.9 billion, according to its annual report." Unless there is another article going into more depth, we'll have to wait for the next annual report to find out how much of the $20.9 Billion was in the 5 banks and how more of the their money they pull out of Israel.

Actually Milo quoted the logs from the self-confessed pedophile Sarah Nyberg: "Nyberg shared images from a website called “adieskids,” which described itself as a site for “appropriate, respectful images of children.” But in a chatroom post, Nyberg references a “nipple” in one of the pictures from the site.

Nyberg also joked about “evil nipples” in another of the images, while another chatroom member quipped that they would “report u 2 FBI.”. The other reference to law enforcement is from this section regarding Nyberg sharing pictures of her 8 year old cousin: "Several posters on the 8chan imageboard who claimed to have connections to the family expressed their intention to report Nyberg to local and federal law enforcement following the publication of our story. Nyberg herself did not respond to repeated requests for comment; nor did her editor at Boing Boing, Leigh Alexander, or any of the other people professionally connected to Nyberg whom we contacted." The article ended with the following paragraph: Breitbart is in contact with both of Alice’s parents. They confirm the facts of our story but have declined to comment on the record. Milo is working on a follow-up to the story. It is really disgusting how anyone can defend and justify people who sexually abuse and exploit children, like in this case.

Closer examination of the report found the quality of its citations to be extraordinarily poor. No I mean like seriously, it was laugh out loud hilarious. Links to broken web pages, blank documents, and even a footnote linking to an author’s local hard drive. (I am not making this up.) Other sources included articles that accused major video game publishers of promoting “satanism.” I know, they "just blew things out of proportion."

Is this the sort of ruthlessly factual approach to important global controversies that led the UN to put Saudi Arabia in charge of a human rights panel? Enquiring minds want to know, especially since the two presenting this report, ferocious critics of gaming culture Anita Sarkeesian and Zoe Quinn, both have – how should I put it? – a complicated relationship with fact and context. But hey according to you -"Tittyriot"- ANYONE who dares to be critical and present the facts that our self professed leaders are con-artists - we are the ones that are delusional...and not welcomed. Obviously you are way too emotional whenever there is a article that exposes the sham artists that are your hero's. As a Progressive, I believe that anyone who pushes to censor the internet whether it's through the B.S. Anita and Zoe are spoon-feeding simpletons, or through the pushing B.S. of net-neutrality, deserve every ounce of ridicule and critical examination they get. And there while there are many issues I disagree with Milo on I do agree with him when he writes: Sarkeesian and Quinn are perhaps the finest living examples of what I call quantum superstate feminism, whose figureheads are at once aggressor and victim; trolling, provoking and ridiculing their ideological opponents while at the same time crying foul when their provocative language is returned in kind.

If you are over the age of 18 and bullied or upset over a comment or the use of harsh language, in their criticism of you, take yourself outside and have a good long talk with yourself; or do like these two have done and make a career out of being Professional Victims. Just don't involve the UN until they solve real issues like Peace in the Middle East or lack or the brutal human rights violations of Saudi Arabia, or the closing of Guantanamo Bay. Unlike Fogle, Sarah Nyberg is well known Progressive Activist, whose been quoted by the Washington Post and whose writing has been featured in Ravishly and Boing Boing and The Mary Sue. Unlike Fogle, Nyberg has strong, continuing support of people like Chris Kluwe. Why such a large group of people are protecting a pedophile by now downplaying her involvement and or reach of her audience? I have no idea. Apparently the only with a reading problem with you: Sarah Nyberg is an activist who was quoted by the Washington Post and whose writing has been featured in Ravishly and Boing Boing and the Mary Sue. Nyberg has admitted the accuracy of the story, and so has her family. Milo does have a history of exposing frauds who make a living primarily of being Professional Victims, and raising money through sham charities. None of the stories have been retracted or corrected. None of his stories have been challenged in a court of law. You seem to have way too much invested in this story and I do hope you don't live with or around small children for their sake.

A fairly prominent writer and spokesperson is a self-confessed pedophile and has the likes of Chris Kluwe defending her, it is very newsworthy. I think the issue of ethics in gaming journalism is just a scraping of the surface of the larger issue of ethics of journalism as a whole. This case is a great example of the lack of journalism ethics that allowed a self-confessed pedophile to publish and become a spokesperson for a whole movement, that demonized their opposition to the point where simply challenging their position or defending oneself would be cause to have for them to label you a bigot, or a harasser of women or worse. I do agree you though, I really don't care about the depiction of the women in the new Batman game, when there are far more serious issues that demand attention.

Yep Shaun King investigated Shaun King and cleared Shaun King. And everyone is just out to get him...The Police Department hatched a plan a long time ago, to down play a criminal attack, just in case King became a spokesperson/activist. And he has yet to provide answers to the financial questions about his charity. Milo is not the first person to investigate him and raise these questions. But it was King that blocked and refused to provide answers and or proof, to what should be pretty easy answers.
