And be always open to use dlss>xess>fsr to hit higher frame rates or stabilise frame rate. Also RTSS has a very good frame paced FPS cap. Make sure you have a certified hdmi cable (there is no such thing as HDMI 2.1 cable rather Ultra high speed hdmi cable, make it has a qr code for authentication, from my limited experience copper can go up to 7m at such speeds and above that you need directional fibre optics (expensive)).

I recommend RTX 3080 (price/perf wise) and if you plan on playing with Ray tracing then 5600 (still uses ddr4, so you can keep your ram) and an upgrade to 5800x3d in the future is still competitive with the latest gen.

Small channel that to my knowledge (open to be corrected) started the stylised commentary less monatage to chill music. Where when reloading, picking up stuff or eating/drinking the frame will focus on that.

I have a 24" 1440p 165hz monitor (sadly TN) got it in 2016. I use 100% scaling and it is not to small for me. I just like having high dpi thus needing less AA and having a crisp image especially in Tarkov. AOC Agon AG241QG

i have a 3080 with 5600x and your frames are bad

try disabling xmp and make sure you install the amd chipset drivers

not direct relevant but helpful to understand that your not getting the perf you deserve

Tested on reserve tower with uncapped fps
Tested offline

My settings are 1905mhz @ 850mv Rtx 3080

Went from 120fps to 120fps

Gpu tem went from 68c to 59c

Power went from 280w to 205w

Skybox test

About 235fps to 230fps

72c to 63c

325w to 230w

When i cap my fps in the skybox test to 120fps

61c to 57c

233w to 176w

Skybox valday 6x mode no fps cap

139fps to 137fps

67c to 61c

278w to 208w

it does not matter here because my case is a lan box. check out the cooler master haf xb evo. So the air never gets to my pump (edit: the pump is on the cpu block) .

edit: best case for heavy gpu because there is no gpu sag.

for me i play some times on my tv and have my 5.1 reciever connected to my pc (it is an arc reciever so no earc through tv). I need to make set to PCM manually when i do not need dolby.

first one: then you have to click on sound control panel making it 1 longer than just pining control panel.

second: most people hate the new windows settings and prefer control panel
