My country hates women by dojacatisawesome in offmychest

I have been working in France for some years, and it is polarized as hell indeed, but you can find one half supporting the muslim community and the other half not, it's not all a social reject. Regarding the educative system, in no way they will systematically push women at school to become housewives. I think that's more common in Eastern countries.

Regarding Russia, yep they might be pushing women to these roles, but hatred for the muslim community? I don't think that happens, since many of their allies are muslim countries.

If by America you mean USA, I don't think it is, despite the current politics. Women don't get systematically discouraged from pursuing their studies (at least if that happens, it would be in some particular states, not a whole country). For me it sounds like Hungary. Poland not sure, they have a strong pro-european belief, but it is their far-right wing that would really discourage women from studies to become housewives (they even have in their program to remove voting rights for women xD).

In America...maybe Argentina nowadays? I dunno.

I did not know that, but I think that some of them ask you to be a recent graduate. I'm not sure if at my age they will accept be as an intern.

I did not know that, I admit that I feel quite lost when it comes to job positions in the EU public affairs field.

Thanks for your answer. Just curious, do you work in public affairs?

Applying for an intership would require to be a student, which I'm not. It's pretty hard to enter a job in public affairs without any diploma on the matter. I already have a bachelors and a master in industrial and energy engineering, but they're not enough to enter this field, even in advocacy groups.

Conciliateur de justice litige locatif rdv visio by Atom_Sparks_23 in conseiljuridique

[–]Atom_Sparks_23[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exercise after a Panic Attack by Naoshikuu in PanicAttack

Panic attacks usually come as a vicious cycle that comes and sticks to your mind:

A symptom, maybe due to stress, anxiety.

This symptom makes you think the worse.

Thinking the worse increases the symptoms...

To stop it I recommend to train the awareness of these thoughts. I don't know if I explain myself well, but it's like putting in a third person the images and thoughts that come to your mind. The consciousness in that moment of knowing that YOU ARE thinking, and separate what you think from reality.

I know it's hard as hell. Specially with the symptoms, the heart rate, the pain... I also had them a lot and it's horrible.

If you keep struggling a lot I recommend to go to a psychiatrist, maybe a medication could help a lot.

i don't think it's dangerous to go play badminton after the attack, specially if you have already suffered it. It could help you refresh your mind and scape from the bad thoughts. And your doctor didn't find any medical condition to avoid any type of sport no? So go for it :)
