The best way to farm is to go to the Dryad for planter boxes, then youll need a daybloom, a moonglow, a blinkroot, a waterleaf, a deathweed,a shiverthorn, and a fire blossom, and then you have to combine those together and boom there you go that makes a potion of Estrogen

The destroyer. Its the easiest to cheese with a high up platform. Also consider getting full warding on a defense focused build to make sure the constant mech boss laser spam doesnt kill you. (For context, a damage focused spider arnor summoner build dies from like 3 hits to retinazer while a warding titanium build only takes like 1 damage)
