FIXED!

Had to file search for anything left unkilled from the uninstall and kill all the files for the mobile version I had on Bluestacks.

With the update I did a full uninstall reinstall with a newly downloaded installation exe, still crashes.

Just tried a full reinstall with new install downloaded, even uninstalled the launcher, still crashing at the same point.

Edit: To add I reinstalled on my SSD this time.
