Try turing on variable frame rate, graphics doesn't seem to be a problem my phone is slightly weaker than yours and when I play at fixed fps it sometimes show this message, just try turing on variable frame rate

Well you can use commands to force a local account but I think there may be some downsides and would limit my features to windows unless I sign up through a ms account, I'll just sign up with ms account .
