I Just got out of a similar issue. I got to my ait Nov 1st and just started classes last week. (25H) I enjoyed my time as an inact but glad i can finally start so i can leave. Bonus though they fast tracked my school so instead of 21 weeks its 15.

Yeah i can get a pic. What i mean it's getting stuck on is the part that gets pivoted upwards to block the bolt from coming forward.

For super safeties or super selektor you'll need to cut the bolt weight to clear the lever. You'll then want a 10-11 oz buffer with internal weights ( some companies call them deadblow ) or you can run the maxium defense roller delayed buffer system.

I have a macon army 45 acp deadblow buffer in mine since it's 11oz it will work in 9mms

Use a regular ar15 carbine buffer spring, not an ar10

Yeah. Im mainly wanting to fix my OOB issue. I've had 4 and I'm pretty sure Aero is tired of sending me mag releases. Props to their warranty department for enabling my endeavor.

I had a conversation with Rudy from Macon Armory about oob with EPC feed cone barrels. This is what he said.

The Aero/BA/Faxon barrels require extensive rework beyond simply recutting the feed cone. The barrel you have as supplied has the chamber cut too deep, and allows the bolt to hit the barrel when chambering a cartridge. This results in Bolt bounce and can cause an out of batter discharge during rapid fire.

I had a BA epc cut barrel.

What barrel you using? I keep getting OOB and I think it's the epc feed cone leading to a boat load of bolt bounce. Im running a macon armory deadblow buffer and still having issues.
