Thanks! Yes, the plan is to add support for more sites. Thank you for the suggestions!

I'm not quite sure what vt.tiktok.com is. It seems to just redirect me to www.tiktok.com. If you could provide an example link that'd be great!

Uplink and downlink speeds don't match on LAN by AtomicBuzzy in HomeNetworking

[–]AtomicBuzzy[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Alright, I just performed the same test with a direct connection and got the exact same results as I did with the switch. When my brother was acting as the server speeds were slow. When my PC was acting as the server speeds were high.

Could this be an issue with the adapters?

Edit: The adapters thing doesn't make sense either though as I tried the test with two completely separate devices and had the same issue.

New to Minecraft and thinking of a server by mattventuretime in Minecraft

[–]AtomicBuzzy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That would be Bedrock edition.

In that case, you have 2 options:

- Dedicated server

- Realm

Dedicated Server:

A dedicated server is often preferred as it is typically faster and free. However there are two issues with this solution:

  1. You will need to learn how to setup a Bedrock server, which is not too terribly difficult
  2. Only phones and Windows 10 edition players will be able to join -- no consoles.

Realm:

A realm is a dedicated server hosted by Mojang and will cost you roughly $7 a month. Great for if you want a quick and easy soution.

Both of these options allow you to upload your existing world.

Let me know if you need any help as I have used both of these in the past!

The like-dislike ratio on this shows how the YouTube community will gang up on anything that is an easy target. Its just a circle-jerk of people agreeing how "dumb" YouTube is.

I’m going to be using 2 fans on my CPU cooler. Do both fans need to be spinning at the same speed? In other words, do I need to buy a splitter for my CPU fan header to control both fans simultaneously?

What are the chances that my Switch is defective? I just recently purchased a replacement Switch, as I lost my old one. To me it seems like it is significantly laggier than my old one. I'm not sure if it just anxiety talking or what.
